A hearty welcome to our new Sr. Pastor Erik Christensen. Erik was born on the mission field in Jos, Nigeria to David and Elsbeth Christensen. He and Stephanie moved throughout the South until being called to serve as Senior Pastor at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in GA in 2002. During this time he was mentored by Dr. Spiros Zodhiates. In 2007 the Lord moved the Christensen family to Casa Grande, AZ where Erik served as Senior Pastor until receiving the call to Hoffmantown in 2010 as the Equipping and Associate Teaching Pastor. Children's Ministry
Patrick Newbill, Children’s Pastor
Phone: 858-8617 | Email: patrickn@hoffmantown.org
Patrick comes from Chattanooga, TN where he served as Children’s Pastor at Woodland Baptist Church. He came to Hoffmantown in May of 2008. He is married to K.C. and has two children, Christi (1994) and Curtis (1996). Saved at the age of 17, he began to understand the surrendered lifestyle while sitting under the teaching of Wayne Barber (’90-’99). He then became a Children’s Pastor while receiving his Biblical Counseling MDIV from Southeastern Seminary. The most influential verse in his ministry has been 1 Corinthians 13:11 in which Paul states that when he was a child he spoke as a child, thought as a child, and reasoned as a child. Children think differently than adults. If we are to be effective at ministering to a child (the most fertile mission field) we must enter his world and relate Biblical truth on his level.

Evangelism Ministry
David Eustis, Evangelism and Prime Life Ministry Pastor
Phone: 858-8609 | Email: davee@hoffmantown.org
Pastor Dave joined the staff in July 2003, as the Children’s Pastor. In his current role as Evangelism Pastor, he oversees all areas of evangelism (including baptisms), deaths, hospital/homebound ministries, and teaches a Connection Class alongside his wife Charlyene. Dave has been in full-time ministry since 1968. He grew up in a pastor’s home and learned ministry at his father’s side. Dave’s schooling, gifts, and God’s spirit called his heart to help people establish their lives through faith in God’s word. That faith is evident by his living in the simplicity of a pure heart that overflows into the winning of souls to Christ. Dave has served six churches in full time ministry. He also served Milldale International Ministries in camp and conference work for ten years and gave fifteen years of his life to evangelism throughout the US and other countries. During his service to the Lord, he traveled for thirteen years providing conference music and teaching. He helped establish youth camps and has served churches as music minister, youth and family life director. He and his wife have had the joy of raising five children, sharing a lifetime ministry, and enjoying their grandchildren.
