Transition Team Update
This Sunday Joe Long will be speaking on the “Signs of the Spirit in the Church” Acts 2:42-47.
An Encouraging Word: Great news–the chiller has been ordered. The actual cost wound up being $20,000 less than the estimate cost. Praise God. Lam. 3:22–24: The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.”
The next Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 27, at 3pm in the Worship Center. The primary focus will be an update to the congregation on the status of the Governance work which will lead to amended by-laws.

God’s Way to Success and Daily Planner/Journal
It’s easy to get complacent or let busyness or feelings of inadequacies hold you back. But you were created for more! In God’s Way to Success, you’ll be led biblically to go deep with the Lord so that you can be a wise steward of the time, talents and resources He has given you. Jennifer Lee Smith, biblical life coach, speaker, writer and women’s ministry leader has written and designed a planner, a journal, and a combo of both to help you prioritize, set goals, and create new habits, all as you surrender to His will.
In Loving Memory
Please continue to be in prayer for the families of: Joyce Fornea and Bob Blewer.
Chiller Receipts To Date: $129,616
Thank you for your continued support in giving to help replace the chiller. We are currently at 43% of our 300K goal. It’s not too late to give if you haven’t had the opportunity to do so. Through January, we will keep up the two trees that contain the “chiller ornaments.” However, it is not necessary to get an ornament to be able to give. Just make sure you indicate “Property Improvement Fund” to ensure your gift is used for that purpose. As we have previously indicated, we ask that these gifts be over and above your regular tithes and offerings.
