Daily Prayer Reminder

We recognize that God has answered our “6 o’clock” prayers by bringing Hoffmantown and Lamar together and now we want to thank Him specifically for His blessing toward us. Praise and thank God for His faithfulness, for sustaining us through a very difficult time, for His goodness, for His loving care, for His protection and provision. So, for the month of October, remember, at 6pm we pray, each and every day.

MISSION

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse that shares God’s love to children in need in a tangible way with their Christmas shoeboxes. These boxes are filled with goodies geared toward sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with children all around the world. If you are interested in sending a box, an OCC table will be in the Fellowship Mall. There you will be able to get more information and instructions on the ministry!

Mission Prayer Moment-Southern Baptist Disaster Relief

SBDR is a nation-wide ministry that sends people to disaster-ridden areas of our country for relief efforts. Not only do these volunteers provide physical aid, but they also provide spiritual aid as well. Because of your offerings to Missions, Hoffmantown was recently able to help provide ham radios for the New Mexico SBDR team. Members from our own church were part of the communications personnel for the relief teams who were recently deployed to area affected by hurricanes Laura and Sally. During this last trip, hundreds of people prayed with team members to receive Christ and many rededicated their lives to Him. We thank God for our disaster relief! If you are interested in getting involved in disaster relief efforts, contact us at Missions@hoffmantown.org.
