Pastoral Search Team

As the PST continues to go forward reviewing pastor candidate applications, God has not yet shown us definitively if any of them is His man. In 1 Samuel 16, we are reminded that man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks on the heart. Please pray that we will have the discernment to see the hearts of the candidates as God does. (1Samuel 16:7)

As a reminder, the PST is made up of the following members: Merv Jersak (chairman), Harriett Byrd, Joe Crews, Gerald Farley, Leslie Fuentes, Craig Givens, Barb King, Carolyn Lawson, Jeff McElwain, and Nancy Williams.

Mission Field Procedure Changes

Due to the need to improve security for our onsite schools and children, we are implementing a new procedure to control access to our Mission Field by the general public during regular school hours. We would greatly appreciate it if you could help us maintain a safer environment for our kiddos by checking in at the Receptionist Desk and receiving a Hoffmantown Church lanyard before utilizing Mission Field on Mondays-Fridays from 8am-3:30pm. All Hoffmantown Church attenders are welcome to continue to utilize the field, but the lanyards will make it easier for the teachers to see that the adults onsite have checked in with our Receptionist Desk first. Once finished, simply return the lanyard to the Receptionist Desk. If you have any questions, please contact Sam Mouck at SamM@Hoffmantown.org.
