Transition Team Update

Hoffmantown Congregational Meeting TODAY (February 24)

The Congregational Meeting will be held TODAY (February 24) at 3pm in the Worship Center. The focus will be on the Ministerial and Governance Teams. Childcare will be available for Birth-4th grade.

This I Believe Sermon Booklets

This I Believe sermon series booklets will be available, one per person, on March 3 for the sermon series that will be taught through March. Please keep your booklet in your Bible to use each week. Individual pages for the weekly sermons will be available each week on the offering boxes for those who do not have a booklet.

Hoffmantown Church Database Verification Update

Thank you for the over 800 people who have already responded to the email that was sent out during the initial database update process. Those who may still need to verify this info can call Catrina at (505)858-8635. Phase 2 will begin in March.

Young Professionals Home Group

If you are between the ages of 25 and 35 years old, please come join us every 2nd and 4th Friday of each month starting on March 8. Friends Unlimited

Friends Unlimited is a ministry that encourages single women of all ages and stages of life who desire spiritually-based friendships, fellowship, and Christian growth. Please join us TODAY (February 24) in room B206 for our monthly potluck.

Legacy Ministry–Aftercare Seminar

The Aftercare seminar provides a practical, organized “how to” work through estate matters after the death of a loved one. Items such as where to begin with settling an estate, applying for social security and other benefits, insurance matters, banking issues, real estate, and vehicle titles will be covered. The information presented at this seminar is also a beneficial ministry outreach tool we can share with family members, friends, and neighbors who are dealing with and sorting through estate settlements. Tuesday Afternoons

CHILDREN & STUDENT  FAMILY MINISTRIES

College Group

If you are between the ages of 18 and 24 years old, please come join us every Thursday at 7pm. We meet at a host home and are currently studying the book of Ephesians. If you have questions or would like to join us, please contact us at students@hoffmantown.org.

Student Ministry Parent Meeting

TODAY (February 24), from 12:30 to 2pm, there will be a parent meeting to discuss the newest curriculum. Lunch will be provided. Please let us know if you are able to attend so that we can ensure that we order enough food.

MISSION

Under His Construction

UHC, supported by Hoffmantown Mission Ministry, will have a fundraising banquet here at Hoffmantown on Friday, March 1 at 5:30pm. Tickets are $25 and are available at the bookstore or online at www.underhisconstruction.org. Congressman Steve Pearce will be the keynote speaker. UHC is a great ministry that works to assist men and women who have been incarcerated, with a focus on God, education, and career development.

Receptionist Position Available

Hoffmantown Church has a part-time (23-25 hours per week) Receptionist position available. We are opening this position to active members of Hoffmantown Church who sense a calling to Christian service, are proficient in computer usage and able to work in various contexts. City-Wide Talent Show for Mid & High School Students

The Albuquerque God’s Talent Auditions, presented by the Janow Music Academy, will take place at Hope Christian School, 8005 Louisiana Blvd NE, ABQ NM 87109, on Friday, March 1, at 6:30pm. Deadline to submit audition applications is Thursday, February 28. The entry fee is $20 per act ($300 cash prize to winner of AGT Live at Hoffmantown Church Friday, March 8). His Store Needs! His Store is in need of your help with the following food items: Oatmeal (single serve packets), Cereal (normal size, NOT large), Canned Chicken, Saltine Crackers, Chef-boy-R-Dee canned products, Macaroni & Cheese (boxed or single serve), Beef (meal) soups, Canned Peas and Canned Fruit.
