This Week’s Sermon
This Sunday Joe Long will be speaking on – How Christians Love – (1 Corinthians 8:13).
Transition Team Update
Encouraging Words: This week’s encouraging word is a reflection on this past Sunday’s Easter service. The true love of our Risen Savior was clearly evident in the congregational fellowship. The music and worship was incredible, especially when the children blessed the congregation with their singing. Pastor Long’s message magnified God and glorified His son. This was an amazing Easter service. Thanks to everyone who God used to make this a blessed service.
We only have a couple more weeks to get your offerings in for Annie Armstrong. These monies are needed to support our Southern Baptist missionaries in North America.
The Ministerial Team would like to thank everyone who submitted nominations for the Pastoral Search Committee. Please keep this team in prayer as they start the process of assembling the group God has called.

Join us TODAY (April 28) for a reception honoring Joe Long in the Fellowship Mall immediately following the service.

National Day of Prayer is May 2
On Thursday, May 2 at 6:30pm in room B100 please join the Corporate prayer team in praying for our Nation, the Body of Christ and other prayers the Holy Spirit places on our hearts. Pray for Churches and Families – That Christ will express His character and nature in and through each member of His Body to create revival in His church. That churches will teach, preach and love by the Word and walk by faith and not be deceived by the godless influences of the world and stand firm against sinful cultural and lifestyles issues of the day. Pray for the Military, Police, Fire Fighters and First Responders – that the Lord will protect them and keep them safe as they risk their lives protecting the people of our nation. Pray the people will pray for them and give them respect, honor and appreciation they deserve.
