Financial Reminders
If you plan to make a year-end contribution to Hoffmantown Church to be posted to your 2023 Giving Statement, please be aware of the following deadlines:
IN PERSON
Friday, December 29, 2023 (before 1:30pm) is the last day to bring contributions to the Reception Desk.
Sunday, December 31, 2023 is the last church service to bring your contribution.
ELECTRONICALLY
Sunday, December 31, 2023 electronic contributions must be made before midnight.
POSTAL MAIL
Sunday, December 31, 2023 contributions must be postmarked on or before Sunday, December 31, 2023 to be posted to your 2023 Giving Statement (regardless of check date).
GIVING STATEMENTS
Will be emailed again this year mid-January, 2024. Email finance@hoffmantown.org if you need to update your email address. Print your own statement on our website at hoffmantownchurch.org/give/. Christmas Eve Services
Join us this Sunday, December 24 as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior in song and worship! We are offering a Sunday Morning Family Service at 10am, where there will be a special gift and time with Pastor Lamar for the kids, and a Candlelight Service at 4pm. Or join us via LiveStream at hoffmantown.online. Please note, there is no childcare for either service. We look forward to seeing you on Christmas Eve!

Hoffmantown Church Full-Time Position Available
Hoffmantown Church has a full-time position available. Applicant should be an active member of Hoffmantown Church, sense a calling to Christian service and be able to work in various contexts.

Kids Ministry Administrative Assistant
Are you passionate about making a lifelong impact on children’s lives? Do you have strong organizational skills and a heart for serving others? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Kids Ministry Administrative Assistant! This position is a direct report and support of the Kids Director and works hard alongside the Kids Ministry team to make each event, meeting, and task successful. If you’re ready to be a difference-maker, fill out an application form, and submit a resume to Caitlin Craft at CaitlinC@hoffmantown.org.

Wills and Trusts Seminar January 14, 2024

AWANA
AWANA is looking for some awesome adults who would be willing to invest in the next
generation. We are looking for 5 adults to step up and serve in a great and rewarding way. Come help kids memorize God’s Word, tell them about a God that loves them, and help them to grow in their walk with the Lord. Reach out to staciem@hoffmantown.org for more info.

MISSIONS
Shine Clothing Drive
Our Shine team is collecting new or gently used warm clothes (sweats, flannel shirts, etc.) sizes S-XL in children sizes for the children at Arroyo del Oso school. There is a collection box at the front desk for donations. Clothing will be collected through January 16.

Angel Tree Volunteers
Our Angel Tree team is looking for a few more volunteers to help deliver packages to those receiving Angel Tree presents. If you’d like to help out, please see Donna Greene in the Fellowship Mall after the service, or email missions@hoffmantown.org.
