Security Team Info Meeting

The Hoffmantown Church Security team has developed plans to protect the church in case of a critical incident. On Sunday, March 5, at 12:15pm, in room B100, immediately after Sunday School, we will have a briefing for anyone interested in finding out more about these plans. Our goal is to ensure that everyone works together to prevent harm to anyone. We will explain our emergency response plans, and answer any questions that you may have.

Clothing Swap

Have your kids outgrown their clothes? Bring them to the first Semi-Annual Clothing Swap! Donations of gently used/pre-washed clothes and shoes will be accepted March 2nd through March 5th in room C151. The swap will be on Sunday, March 5th at 12:15pm in room C151. This is a free event and an opportunity to bless our families. All leftover clothing will be donated to families in need. For more information, email

Kite Day!  

Spring is winding up and the kites will fly. Invite your friends and family to Kite Day on Mission Field, Sunday, March 12th from 12 to 2pm. Bring a blanket, picnic lunch, and kite to send soaring!

VBS 2023: June 5th-9th

VBS is coming soon are we are looking for leaders of all ages and areas. Love sports? We need you! Love food? We need you! Love kids? We need you! Please email if you are interested.



Kids Camp 

Kids Camp will be at Inlow Baptist Camp from June 12th-16th and is for kids who have completed 2nd-6th grade. The cost will be $220 for early registration and $240 for late registration. Early registration begins March 1st! Please email for more information.

Kids Worship ServicesOur kids’ worship service (The Rock) meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. Children hear the Word of God on their level through teaching, worship, crafts, and games. They also learn how to apply the Word of God in their daily lives and what following Jesus looks like as a child.


Shine Toy Drive

Shine is a partnership between Title 1 schools and the church which provides volunteerism, assistance in classroom, and incentives for students. Shine is collecting items for Arroyo del Oso’s treasure box. This is to encourage good grades and attendance. Please bring stickers, pencils, yoyos, bookmarks, erasers and bubbles to the box at the Reception Desk by Sunday, March12th.
