Multi-Generational Worship Choir November 19

Join us for this Thanksgiving themed service where kids, students and adults from every generation are invited to join the Worship Choir on the platform. If you are interested in being a part, please visit hoffmantownchurch.org/multigen to view and listen to the music for the service. There will be only one rehearsal at 8:30am before the 9:30am service that day. See you there!

Hoffmantown Church Budget Q&A session November 19

The Hoffmantown Church new fiscal year begins January 1, 2024. The in-person budget vote this year will be Sunday, December 3. We are holding a special Budget Q&A session on November 19  prior to the voting. This Q&A session will be at 12:30pm on November 19 in room B100. Please plan to attend if you have any questions about the budget, budgeting process, and voting process. Handouts will be available.

Please join us November 15-November 17, from 9am-8pm, and  November 18 from 9am-3pm. Help us Deck the Halls for Christmas at Hoffmantown. Please sign up in your Sunday School Class or call Debra Byrd at 505-301-1398 if you are able to help with decorating or could bring soup, sandwiches or snacks for the group.

 

 

 

Hoffmantown Church Full-Time Position Available

Hoffmantown Church has a full-time position available. Applicant should be an active member of Hoffmantown Church, sense a calling to Christian service and be able to work in various contexts.

Kids Ministry Administrative Assistant Are you passionate about making a lifelong impact on children’s lives? Do you have strong organizational skills and a heart for serving others? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Kids Ministry Administrative Assistant! This position is a direct report and support of the Kids Director and works hard alongside the Kids Ministry team to make each event, meeting, and task successful. If you’re ready to be a difference-maker, fill out an application form, and submit a resume to Caitlin Craft at CaitlinC@hoffmantown.org.

ADULT FAMILY MINISTRIES

Calling All Ladies – Come and Be Blessed

It’s “Harvest” time! Time for fellowship while enjoying a catered breakfast from Cracker Barrel, and most importantly God’s Word. This is our third annual bake-off. This year stir up your best sweet or savory bread recipe to submit to our panel of judges. If you are a baker or not, come and enjoy, also “Be a bringer.” Join us on Saturday, November 11, from 9:30am until noon in room B208/210. The guest speaker is Eileen Gornall. Childcare is provided for infants through 11 years old. Cost is $8. The deadline to register is 5pm, Sunday, November 5. KIDS MINISTRY

Clothing & Toy SWAP THIS Saturday, November 4We need your clean and gently used clothing and toys for the SWAP on November 4! This event will be FREE and open to the community. Have clothes or toys to donate? Bring them to the Children’s Lobby or offices to drop off before the event. The Clothing SWAP will be in the Fellowship Mall from 9-11am on Saturday, November 4. AWANAAWANA is looking for some awesome adults who would be willing to invest in the next generation. We are in need of 5 adults to step up and serve in a great and rewarding way. Come help kids memorize God’s Word, tell them about a God that loves them, and help them to grow in their walk with the Lord. Reach out to staciem@hoffmantown.org for more info.
