Evangelism TrainingThere is still time to attend our evangelism training. Either tonight (Friday, March 31) at 6pm or tomorrow morning (Saturday, April 1) at 9am in room B209/221. Please bring your Bible and a pen, other materials will be provided. We will not offer childcare, as we want our childcare folks to be able to participate.
Next Steps Class April 23
Next Steps is a one-session look at Hoffmantown’s history, doctrine, philosophy of ministry, and the membership process. Lunch and materials will be provided, and family members are welcome! Pastors and elders will be in attendance and would love to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have. ADULT FAMILY MINISTRIES
Easter Lunch
Short of family for this Easter lunch, this year? Or, have a guest for Easter service that you have been talking to about Jesus and invited them to our worship service? Then come and join your Hoffmantown family in B209 for lunch, at 12:15pm, to celebrate our risen Savior together. We will provide rotisserie chicken and potato salad, garden salad and drinks; please bring a side to share. For some additional fun, we will have a table setup for Uno, Nerts, Scrabble. AFM Men’s Gathering on April 1513 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.

Main topic is “Stand Firm in the Faith” with the subtopic of “Do Everything in Love.” Join us for breakfast and fellowship time Saturday, April 15th, starting at 7:30am in room B209/221. Teaching time will begin at 8am. Cost is $8 to help cover cost of breakfast. Invite a friend or neighbor. The deadline to register and pay is April 13th. Oil Change Ministry
Adult Family Ministries is offering an Oil Change Ministry at Dearholt AutoCare, 6401 Signal NE, 87113 on Saturday, April 22, from 9am-1pm. This FREE ministry is available to single parents, widows, widowers, and spouses of deployed military personnel. It will be a blessing for our volunteers to serve you! You can enjoy coffee, a burrito or donut, and fellowship while you wait. Please pre-register to assure we have the correct oil and filters available. Space is limited; please reserve your oil-change-time by Wednesday, April 19. To register, go online to hoffmantownchurch.org/events.
Volunteers Needed for the Oil Change Ministry
We need people who have a heart to serve others by changing oil, cleaning windshields, checking lights, and driving cars into and out of the bays. There’s plenty to do–let’s work together to provide this free service to people in our church body and community. Volunteers Needed for Women’s Council Outreach
The Women’s Council is looking for volunteers to serve as hostesses during the Men’s Ministry’s Oil Change Ministry on April 22, any time between 9am to 1pm. Time slots are flexible according to your availability. Volunteers will fellowship with those who are waiting to have their oil changed. Contact afm@hoffmantown.org or 858-8635.
KIDS MINISTRY
Family DedicationAre you interested in dedicating your children and your family to the Lord? We have dedication services coming up on May 14 (Mother’s Day) and June 18 (Father’s Day). Please email kids@hoffmantown.org if you are interested.
VBS 2023: June 5th-9thVBS is coming soon and we are looking for leaders and volunteers of all ages and areas. We need your help! Come help us tell kids about how to use the Armor of God and defend and know truth. Love missions? We need you! Love sports? We need you! Love kids? We need you! VBS FIRST MEETING: April 29th from 9:30–11:30am
If you are volunteering to help with VBS, plan to attend our first meeting on Saturday, April 29th from 9:30–11:30am. You will get your schedule, curriculum, teaching supplies and T-shirt at this meeting so please come ready to get excited about VBS! Breakfast will be served.

Kids Camp: June 12th-16thKids Camp will be at Inlow Baptist Camp from June 12th-16th and will be for kids who have completed 2nd-6th grade. The cost will be $220 for early registration and $240 for late registration. Early registration has begun! Please email kids@hoffmantown.org for more information.
Kids Worship ServicesOur kids’ worship service (The Rock) meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, except April. April Rock services will be the 3rd and 5th Sundays. Children hear the Word of God on their level through teaching, worship, crafts, and games. They also learn how to apply the Word of God in their daily lives and what following Jesus looks like as a child.

Science Fair Judges
Our Shine Partnership school, Arroyo del Oso, has approached our team and asked for a couple of volunteers who would be interested in helping judge their Science Fair on April 5.
