A/V Tech Coordinator
Hoffmantown Church is seeking a part-time “AV/Tech Coordinator” for our classrooms and meeting spaces. This person will set up, troubleshoot, and maintain A/V systems in rooms other than the Worship Center. Ideal candidates are those who have some experience with A/V systems and are technically minded, as well as people oriented. The role will report to the Director of Operations, Sam Mouck, and will interface with operations, the Worship Center Tech Coordinator, and administrative staff. Maintenance/Set-Up/Janitorial
Our Maintenance/Set-Up/Janitorial Department is seeking a dedicated person to assist our team part-time in the area of custodial duties. In the immediate future, this position is for covering weekends and some afternoons. For details, please contact Operations@hoffmantown.org.
Calling All Drummers!
Hoffmantown’s Music & Worship Ministry is currently looking for a skilled and committed drummer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who has a heart for worshiping the Lord and experience playing drums. The position requires regular availability for weekly rehearsals, Sunday service, and occasional special events. Knowledge of Ableton software is a plus but not required. MISSIONS
Hoffmantown Romania Team
We ask for continued prayer for the Hoffmantown Church Romania 2025 mission team: Chris and Judah Atencio, Joe and Kim Crews, JoAnn Polk, Glen and Solomon Butler. This is a short-term mission trip to Lugoj Romania: October 10-17 to serve with our missions partners Grace Christian School and Bread of Life Church. Please pray for the team and that God will prepare the mission field and direct our path. Financial gifts to help cover the Team’s trip expenses can be made by giving to Special Missions, Romania Team online.
One Day Mission Trip
The One Day Mission Trip will focus on sharing the gospel in two New Mexico communities: Silver City and Tucumcari on Saturday, September 27. Baptist churches across NM will come together to reach these two cities with a variety of activities including a free car wash, one day VBS, a prayer walk, and more! Bling Show Donations

On Thursday, August 7, we had the pleasure of hearing from our Missions Ministry team, including Missions Ministry Coordinator Joe Crews and Carolyn Lawson, chairman of the Missions Ministry council. It was exciting to hear how God is guiding and working, knowing this is the essence of the Great Commission. Thanks to our land sale and to mission’s offerings, we have been able to give a great deal to our Missions Ministry. We are now working actively in “Shine,” allowing us to minister to elementary school children and teachers, we continue to contribute generously to the Lottie Moon offering, we’re helping in the development of a center for women in need at The Rock at Noonday, we’re helping at Inlow Camp, and we have mission trips coming up to Tucumcari and Romania. There are many other areas the Missions Ministry touches, so please pray for wisdom as we use our resources, for new faces to join in the efforts, and for lives to be changed.
