For our September meeting, we were joined by our Music and Worship Pastor, David Hopkins. This is his 11th year at Hoffmantown, and we are very blessed to have him here! He shared straight from the heart, explaining that our music ministry is a family within the family, serving with a unified purpose of worshipping our Lord and leading others to do the same. He is very excited and grateful to be able to lead us each and every week as well as in our multi-gen services, our events such as Round Up and Sports Sunday, and our upcoming Christmas program, “We Are the Reason.” He would love for others to come be a part of the choir or orchestra, and he covets our prayers for a new drummer. This drummer would need a special set of skills, and David trusts that God has just the right person in mind. He looks forward, as we all do, to what God is going to do.
